Prior to founding Battalion, Jim was with LaForce + Stevens, where he oversaw the fashion team and created the agency’s luxury division. In addition to his agency and in-house roles, he also has entrepreneurial retail experience, having opened New York’s first eco-luxury boutique in 2004.

She is highly skilled in brand strategy, implementing long-term communications plans, conceptualizing and executing events, engaging VIPs and influencers and creating brand partnerships. Marisa began her career at Paul Wilmot Communications and later joined LaForce + Stevens. Prior to joining Battalion, Marisa served as the PR director for luxury watchmaker Panerai, where she oversaw domestic communication programs for the brand.
